Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing the digital map services provided by Uncover Lebanon. By registering and accessing the map, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

User Account

1.1 In order to access and use the digital map, you must register an account with accurate and up-to-date information.

1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 You agree not to share your account information or provide access to the map to unauthorized individuals.

Map Access and Usage

2.1 Uncover Lebanon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the digital map solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

2.2 The map provides access to a list of landmarks categorized with pictures, text, and audio information. You may view and utilize this information for educational and informational purposes only.

2.3 You understand and acknowledge that the accuracy and availability of the information provided on the map may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

2.4 You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the map or its contents without prior written consent from Uncover Lebanon.

User Conduct

3.1 You agree to use the map in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 You will not engage in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities while using the map, including but not limited to:

a. Uploading or transmitting any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringing upon the rights of others.

b. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the map or any related systems or networks.

c. Interfering with the functionality or performance of the map or its associated services.

3.3 You are solely responsible for the content you upload, transmit, or share through the map, and you warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.

Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 The digital map, including its design, layout, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 You acknowledge that Uncover Lebanon retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the map and its associated intellectual property.

4.3 You may not use any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information of Uncover Lebanon without obtaining prior written permission

4.4 The digital map provided by Uncover Lebanon may include images, texts, and other content that are copyrighted by third parties.

4.5 Uncover Lebanon respects the intellectual property rights of others and strives to ensure that the map only contains content for which the necessary permissions or licenses have been obtained.

4.6 Any references or attributions to the respective owners of copyrighted content are provided in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws and industry practices.

Content Removal Requests

5.1 Uncover Lebanon acknowledges that copyright owners have the right to request the removal of their copyrighted content from the digital map.

5.2 If you are a copyright owner and believe that your copyrighted content is being used on the map without authorization, you may submit a written request for its removal.

5.3 To facilitate the handling of such requests, please provide the following information in your written request:

c. Sufficient evidence to demonstrate that you are the rightful owner of the copyrighted content or an authorized representative.

e. Your signature or electronic equivalent.

5.4 Uncover Lebanon will promptly review and assess all valid copyright infringement claims received in accordance with applicable laws.

5.5 If a copyright infringement claim is deemed valid, Uncover Lebanon will take appropriate measures to remove or disable access to the infringing content, as required by law.

5.6 Uncover Lebanon may request additional information or clarification from you if necessary to process the content removal request effectively.

Limitation of Liability

6.1 The map is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied.

6.2 Uncover Lebanon does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided on the map.

6.3 You agree to use the map at your own risk. Uncover Lebanon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the map.

6.4 Uncover Lebanon does not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of any landmarks or services mentioned on the map. Your interactions and engagements with any third-party landmarks or services are solely at your own discretion and risk.

6.5 Uncover Lebanon reserves the right to modify, update, or amend the clause on intellectual property rights and content removal at any time, without prior notice.

Termination

7.1 Uncover Lebanon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the map at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions will cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the map.

7.3 By using the digital map, you acknowledge and agree to comply with any valid content removal requests received by Uncover Lebanon from copyright owners. Failure to comply with such requests may result in the termination of your access to the map.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Lebanon.

By accessing and using the digital map, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the map.
